Returns and Warranty

How do I return an item? What is your warranty policy?

Trail Armor wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure a positive shopping experience. 

Warranty for products other than windshields: Trail Armor products are warranted to be free from material defects for one year and manufacturing defects for thirty days.  Manufacturing defects are defined as an error that occurs during the manufacturing process which causes the product to depart from its intended design. Trail hazards are inherent to riding offroad. Our product is intended to minimize any damage to your machine that would occur if it was not installed, not be indestructible. Thus, we offer replacement pieces for sale if you break something. Normal wear and tear that occurs during riding will not be considered a warranty situation.

Returns:  If you change your mind about a product, you have the right to return your order within FOURTEEN CALENDER days of delivery (starting the day you receive the goods) for a refund of the purchase price providing the following conditions are met:

a) Product must be unused, with all original packaging material and hardware intact and must be in good, resellable condition as a NEW product. You must provide a copy of your receipt, the reason for the return and request a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) # from Trail Armor prior to return.  Please note: an RMA# does not imply replacement or refund on item;

b) Product must be returned insured at the purchase value via a trackable carrier at buyer's expense;

c) Original shipping is not refundable. If you received free or shared shipping, you will not be credited back shipping charges that would have applied. Once good condition is established, refund will be made via original payment method.  A 20% restocking fee will be automatically be deducted from refund amount to cover reboxing or repackaging.  If we have to repowdercoat, repair or replace any items due to poor packaging or loss, an additional fee will be incurred.  This fee will be commensurate with repair or replacement required and will be deducted from your refund.  

Refusal to accept delivery of products ordered, without prior agreement from Trail Armor, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and both original and return shipping will be deducted from refund. Electronic items and special orders (requested design changes, one-offs, colored products and graphics) are not returnable.
It is your responsibility to give us at Trail Armor notice of your wish to return items within this period by email or telephone.

Returns will not be accepted after the FOURTEEN CALENDER days cited above.
