Subject: Question about hardware not marked
Hi there, Our process is to separate each fastener into its own sealed and label pouch. Did you not receive your bolt pack this way?

Allen Martin 7:50 AM (5 hours ago) to me, Annie, Nick We are marking each fastener on the bolt pack with the associated TAMISC#. Is it possible the customer is referring to the brackets? They have stamps on them but are hard to see sometimes.

I apologize for not sending you a sticker with your order. Our printer had a heart attack and was down for awhile so we ran out of complimentary stickers. Ill be happy to drop you one in the mail.
